His contributions to Hadith studies include Dirasat al-Usul (a booklet on Hadith principles in Arabic and Urdu) and a commentary on Mishkat Sharif titled Mir’aat al-Tanaquh Mishkat al-Masabih, addressing approximately 100 critical points. He also added annotations to numerous texts, including Sihah Sitta and jurisprudence works, though most remain unpublished. His jurisprudential work includes a commentary on Imam Abu Hanifa’s Fiqh al-Akbar, Nazm al-Durr fi Sharh al-Fiqh al-Akbar, which gained recognition in prestigious libraries in Mecca and Medina. His Persian contributions include Risalah Sarf wa Nahw Ma’in al-Mubtadi as a Persian grammar guide, annotations on works like Pandnama of Sheikh Fariduddin Attar, and engagements in scholarly debates with Persian scholars, publishing these in renowned journals. Mufti Qazi Ubaidullah Alvi (RA)’s dedication to religious education and scholarship remains a beacon of inspiration, with his works studied and celebrated globally.
